24 large peppers sliced lengthwise and deseeded.
Brush peppers with olive oil and bake at 325 for ten minutes.
Filling is 1 pound mild Italian sausage, one block of cream cheese, one cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 2 chopped green onions.
Remove peppers from oven and fill with sausage and cheese mixture. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, take out and enjoy!
